- (3) Toscana: With its rose-pink flowers, this amazing, everbearing strawberry produces old-world flavors. Its origins are in France. It grows well in hanging pots and produces a fragrant, deeply flavored 5 cm strawberry from a toasty spring and into the fall. This is a wonderful variety for gaining true strawberry essence when preparing jams, hand pies, or syrups.
- (3) Mignonette: A flavorful, alpine variety with round, wild strawberries your family will love. With a mounding habit, this improved version of the much-coveted Reine de Vallee (Queen of the Valley) produces delicious 3 cm round berries that will provide your wild two-legged critters with the best of summer flavors.
